The Pilates Bible Our bible can be yours too! This is what we use in the clinic for clients who want to work on exercises at home or while travelling. Written by Lynne Robinson (www.bodycontrol.co.uk) it provides excellent photographs and progressive exercises with crystal clear instructions, consistent with those we use in the clinic.
We encourage clients bring in their own copies for reference during private sessions so that as a component of the session, specific exercises can be worked on in detail with their instructor for the all important homework.
