Pilates for Golf Spring 2011

Trimetrics Physiotherapy again offers Pilates for Golf exercise program to get you ready for the season ahead !
Pilates for Golf is a simple effective exercise program developed with input from Butch Harmon, Golf Digest’s # 1 Instructor.

Our program builds strength and flexibility simultaneously ,develops core strength ,improves posture and alignment.
All the elements needed for a great swing, as we integrate the most current medical research about the spine and core.

We offer : one to one private sessions as well as 2 hour Pilates for Golf  Clinic ,max 6 per class.

Private sessions:
Siobhan O’Connell , Registered Physiotherapist, Certified Golf Conditioning Instructor, Director Trimetrics Physiotherapy.

$ 140 / hour by appointment. Individualized assessment and Pilates based strategies to address your specific issues.

Please call for your appointment at a time that suits your schedule.
As this is a physiotherapy service it may be claimed on your Extended Benefit Plan.

2 hour Pilates for Golf Clinic.
This is a small group class ,maximum 6 golfers  for optimum attention to detail.

  • See and feel how your body’s biomechanics influence your swing.
  • Learn how to use your ribs ,breath and power of your core to optimize your swing and reduce strain and injury.
  • Learn specific flexibility and core exercises to hit your ball farther and straighter.

Clinic Dates :

Monday  May 9  6 – 8 pm
Monday  May 16 4 –  6 pm
Friday     May 27 4 – 6 pm

Registration : $ 75 + tax , including photo handouts of all exercises.
