Trimetrics Physiotherapy again offers Pilates for Golf exercise program to get you ready for the season ahead !
Pilates for Golf is a simple effective exercise program developed with input from Butch Harmon, Golf Digest’s # 1 Instructor.

Our program builds strength and flexibility simultaneously ,develops core strength ,improves posture and alignment
All the elements needed for a great swing as we integrate the most current medical research about the spine and core.

We offer : One to one private sessions OR
2 hour Pilates for Golf Clinic ,max 6 per class.

2 hour Pilates for Golf Clinic.
This is a small group class, maximum 6 golfers for optimum attention to detail.
Instructor Kiki Laxton,
Certified Pilates Instructor.
Certified Hole in One Instructor.

_Learn how to use your ribs, breath and power of your core to optimize your swing and reduce strain and injury
_ learn specific flexibility and core exercises to hit your ball farther and straighter.
