Dana Henry graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in December of 2009, and has been practicing massage therapy ever since in her hometown community of Maple Ridge. After high school, she began taking a real interest in health and fitness.
Finally after doing an orientation at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy she knew that this was the career she had always wanted. She excelled in school and enjoyed the outreaches she did at the Vancouver General Hospital in the Burn Unit, J.F. Strong Rehabilitation Centre, George Pearson Centre, and a variety of local sporting events.
Dana enjoys working with all types of conditions and injuries in which Massage Therapy can provide relief. She also finds herself intrigued by the human fascial system and how restrictions within the system can impact our health. She is excited to learn more at the Third International Fascia Research Congress, which is coming to Vancouver this March.
She tries to maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating nutritious food and staying fit. She enjoys hiking and jogging outdoors, and is hoping to start rock climbing in the spring. She also loves winter sports such as skiing at Cypress Mountain, and is already looking forward to another late ski season this year.
Dana is excited to be part of the Trimetrics team and looks forward to working with you to achieve your goals!
