The human body is an efficient and well constructed machine. Our brain is the control center that manages the complex interaction of all our body systems (neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory) to make us who we are. However like any machine, our bodies can experience wear from injuries or lack of self-care. Jenny finds it important to look at the body and its systems as a whole. By using a combination of manual therapy, exercise, and education, she aims to empower clients by giving them the tools to take charge of their own care.
Outside of the clinic, Jenny enjoys traveling, volleyball, basketball, hiking, and snowboarding.
