Mat class is the least expensive and simplest way to learn Pilates as a beginner or as an established practitioner seeking to add another level to your fitness. A Pilates mat work out including resistance work of your own body + Magic Circle, bands, and ball will deliver you increased tone, core strength, flexibility and better posture, with more efficient movement.
One class a week is good but you will see faster gains with 2 or more!

Term: Monday Sept 16 – Friday November 1 (7 weeks)

Class times: Beginner / Intermediate Levels.
Monday 7.30 – 8.30 pm ( Lynsey)
Tuesday 4.30 – 5.30 pm (Bonnie)
Thursday 6.30 – 7.30 pm (Gillian)
Friday 7.30 -8.30 am (Alison)
Friday 10.30 – 11.30 am (Kay)

Fee: $18+ tax: one class a week ($126 + tax)
$14 + tax two classes a week ($196 + tax)
Full payment is due at start of term.
Missed classes credited 50 % to next registration.
No refunds and no make up classes.
