Term Training: Term: 1 July 2- August 3 ( 5 weeks )
Term 2: August 6- 31 ( 4 weeks )
Sign up for one or both if a fixed time works best for you.

Drop in Classes:
Monday’s 10.30am
Tuesdays 4.30 pm
Wednesdays 9.30 am
Thursdays 4.30 pm
Max 3 per class please call 24 hours ahead and book your spot.
Fee $30 + tax per class.
Not eligible for Ext Benefit Coverage.

Open Studio Pass!

Choose a 10 or 20 session card to come in and work out independently at designated times on the equipment (Reformer/Chair/ Trap Table ). Pre book a session with your instructor, who will teach you your own customized program.
