Healthy Summer Reading!
Summer is an excellent time to make shifts in habit and some inspiration always helps! The Pilates Bible Our bible can be yours too! This is what we use in the clinic for clients who want to work on exercises at home or while travelling. Written by Lynne Robinson (www.bodycontrol.co.uk) it provides excellent photographs and progressive exercises with crystal clear instructions, consistent with those we use in the clinic. We encourage clients bring in their own copies for reference during private sessions so that as a component of the session, specific exercises can be worked on in detail with their instructor for the all important homework.

This is an eating lifestyle that any people diagnosed with a serious illness take on immediately with the idea of “food as medicine”. Why wait? It makes a ton of sense and hard not to read without making at least some shifts in day to day purchasing and cooking choices. Read more...
